To recover a lost Oxygen XML license key, provide the requested information below and our support team will contact you via email with instructions.

Providing a license signature number (SGN) is the easiest way for our support team to identify your license key. However, any other information you provide will help.

If you already have Oxygen installed, go to Help->About and you will find the SGN at the bottom of the dialog box

This information was included in the emails you received when the license was purchased.

Provide any other information that will be useful in identifying your license key (delivery email address, approximate purchase date, registration name, company name, etc.)
