This Oxygen AI Positron Assistant Enterprise for Web Author License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Syncro Soft SRL ("Syncro") and the licensee ("You"). Grant of License: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Syncro grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use copies of the Oxygen AI Positron Assistant Enterprise for Web Author (the "Plug-In") solely within the Web Author or Content Fusion products ("Products") developed by Syncro,with the following conditions: 1. License Scope: The Plug-In may only be installed and used on servers running a validly licensed copy of Products for which the Plug-In was designed. 2. Limitations on Third-Party Integrated Environments. This license does not grant You any rights to use the Plug-In with any other third-party application that incorporates the Web Author Component (via Oxygen XML SDK). In such cases, please consult the developer of the third-party application for different licensing terms that may apply to you. 3. LLM Service. You acknowledge that the use of the Plug-In requires a connection to a LLM service (the "Service") that is subject to separate conditions, including any subscription requirements. You agree to comply with all applicable terms and conditions of the Service. 4. Disclaimer. The Plug-In is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You assume all risks associated with the use of the Plug-In. 5. Warning. You acknowledge that the Plug-In may produce inaccurate information about people, places, or facts. You assume all responsibility for verifying any information produced by the Plug-In. 6. Limitation of Liability. In no event shall the copyright holder or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of this Plug-In, even if advised of the possibility of such damage. 7. Term and Termination. This license shall remain in effect for the same term as Your license for the Products. Upon expiration or termination of Your Products license, Your rights to use the Plug-In shall automatically terminate. This license may also automatically terminates if You violate any of its terms and conditions. We may terminate this license at any time without notice to You. By using the Plug-In, You acknowledge that You have read and understand this license and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
